Like many people I work with, I reached a point where pushing harder wasn’t working anymore. I was doing what I was “supposed” to do — achieving, managing, coping — but internally I felt disconnected, exhausted, and unsure of myself.
That experience changed the way I understood growth. Real change didn’t come from fixing myself. It came from learning how to listen, regulate, and respond differently to my own inner world.
